About Us
Silver State Traffic’s experienced team provides responsive, professional services tailored specifically to the demands of each project. We work closely with our clients to understand and support their project objectives from start to finish and to identify opportunities to improve their projects by recommending cost-effective solutions. Our extensive local knowledge and vast experience in conducting thousands of projects over the past 27 years has allowed us to establish long-term, successful working relationships with our public and private sector clients. Silver State Traffic is a registered Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT).
About Our Founder
Susan Thomason is the founder and managing project director of Silver State Traffic. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has been responsible for the growth and development of this operation since its inception in 1996, including overseeing all administrative functions, contract negotiation, marketing, business development, recruitment, training, and equipment procurement. Susan oversees all field operations to ensure projects are executed and completed in accordance with contract requirements. Her extensive data collection experience and excellent working relationship with clients helps ensure that projects are completed expeditiously and within budget.
